Terms of use of the program
Who provides the program:
MTÜ "SPORDITALENT", Legal address: Õismäe tee 130, Tallinn Harjumaa 13513, registration number: 80647618 , (hereinafter - the Organizer) is a sports association (club) that organizes the lessons of the "FIND YOUR SPORT" Program and test events of the "SportAnalytik" Program, provides facilities, coaches, recruiting children, in some cases organizes individual sports training and all sports programs.
For whom the program is intended:
The program is intended for children in four age groups: from 6 to 12 years (in the "FIND YOYR SPORT" Program) and from 5 to 16 years (in the "SportAnalytik" Program). The condition for participation in the programs is the children's appropriate state of health and appropriate maturity. Parents (legal guardians) before it is recommended to consult a pediatrician before signing up.The organizer provides the parents with the necessary information to get an idea of the nature of the program, the physical and other prerequisites for children's participation.
How to apply:
Since we care about building a sports community that creates a good environment for sports and child development, the condition for a child's participation in the child participation program in our association is the participation fee, the amount of which is indicated on the application. A parent (legal representative) can register a child on the www.findyoursport.ee website, where it is enough to fill out the application form online. By clicking on it, the parent (legal representative) confirms the binding nature of the application and agrees to these rules and the association's statutes. After that, the Organizer informs the parents by e-mail if there is a free place for their child on the date and place they have chosen for their child's participation. With this confirmation, the Organizer accepts the application on the condition that the participation fee is paid on time.
How long:
The "FIND YOUR SPORT" program is organized in sports lessons (1x or 2x a week) and weekday events (camps). In the case of sports lessons, there are two or one (optional) lessons every week (excluding school holidays, public holidays and national holidays). "SportAnalytik" sports tests are organized on weekends or during school holidays. The duration of the event is 3-4 hours.
What you get:
After completing the "FIND YOUR SPORT" Program and the "SportAnalytik" Program, parents receive reports on the most suitable sports for their child. It is not possible to receive messages if the participation is terminated and the child has not participated in the program until the end.
How much it costs:
The amount of the participation fee for the specific Program = the participation fee is specified in the electronic application on the registration form www.findyoursport.ee, for which the Organizer covers the costs incurred in connection with the organization of the program at the individual place and date.
Cancellation policy for the "FIND YOUR SPORT" Program:
A parent (legal representative) can remove a child from registration at any time. The refundable membership fee is calculated according to the following rules:
- cancellation of participation within 48 hours after the 1st training session - 100% of the paid amount is returned
- cancellation of participation within 48 hours after the 2nd training session - 70% of the paid amount is refunded
- cancellation of participation after 48 hours after the 2nd training - 0% of the paid amount is returned
The amount of the refund is determined by the number of training sessions that have taken place since the member registered for the course, regardless of whether he has participated in it or not. If a participant registers for an ongoing program, the first class held after registration is considered the first training unit. If you wish to remove your child from the program, please complete the Cancellation Form.
Cancellation policy for the "SportAnalytik" Program:
The parent (legal representative) confirms the conformity of the purchase to his choice by paying the membership fee. The participation fee is refunded and/or changed ONLY in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the sports test event. If for some reason it is not possible for the participant to attend the event (sudden illness, urgent event, etc.), then he has the right to transfer the purchased participation place in the event to one of his acquaintances, relatives, friends, but without fail informing the Organizer - the organizer of the event. The condition for guaranteeing a 100% refund of the event participation fee is to send a request to the e-mail [email protected] no later than 14 days before the date of the event.
Who is responsible for what:
The organizer is responsible for program lessons and sports test events, organization of training and professional management of children by coaches. During the lessons, that is, from the time the child is picked up until the child is handed over, the Organizer is responsible for the supervision of the pedagogues over the child. The presence of parents (or other persons accompanying the child) during children's gymnastics at this time is not recommended, so that the children can concentrate on the exercise as much as possible, but there are always possible cases of some distraction after prior agreement between the trainer and the parent.
Parents (legal guardians) are responsible for providing correct and truthful information. If the information is not provided truthfully, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the child's participation in sports programs without compensation or to apply other consequences.
The parent (legal representative or other person authorized by the parent or legal representative) is obliged to hand over the child to the trainer immediately before the start of the lessons and to take the child out in time immediately after the end of the lessons. The parent (legal representative or other person authorized by the parent or legal representative) is obliged to be within reach of the mobile phone during the entire lesson, if a situation arises. where it is necessary to pick up the child until the end of the exercise, etc. unexpected situations.
Parents (legal representatives) are responsible and confirm with the application that the child meets the necessary prerequisites for participation in the program. However, it is the responsibility of the Organizer's coaches to inform parents during the program if it turns out that the child does not meet or no longer meets the necessary prerequisites. Parents (legal representatives) must not allow a sick or injured child or a child with an infection, or a child in a condition (e.g. mental) to participate on a certain date of the lesson, or a child in a condition (e.g. psychological) where he may endanger himself or others during the lesson ; in that case, the parent (legal representative) removes the child from the lesson. The organizer reserves the right not to admit a child who does not meet the above-mentioned requirements to the program, or to refuse his participation on a certain exercise date or even during the entire class.

What data do we need to know for this purpose:
In addition to the parent's mobile phone (see above for the legal representative or person authorized to accompany the child to practice), we only need to know the data entered in the registration form at www.findyoursport.ee.

The organization of the list of members of the association is regulated by the Civil Code and, in accordance with it, the statutes of the association.

- Parents (legal representatives) agree to photographing and filming the student during program lessons. The material can be used to reflect the activities of the Organizer, for marketing and other recognition activities. You can withdraw your consent by informing the Organizers.
