Can I apply my child to the programs if he has not reached the specified age?

The ages listed are based on our experience and with the goal of maximizing the benefits of the lessons for all participating children, so we recommend following the age ranges for each of the programs.

What are the program times? When do they start and how long do they last?

"FIND YOUR SPORT" program classes in Estonia started on November 25, 2024 and will last until May 31, 2025. Classes are held once or twice a week, depending on the chosen group. Classes are held during school holidays, but not on holidays and  national holidays.  Sports tests of the "SportAnalytik" program are organized on weekends or during school holidays. The duration of the event is 3-4 hours.

Can I register my child for a trial class and only then register for the program?

 Due to the limited capacity of the program, participation in classes is possible only after prior application (using the registration form on our website), which also includes payment. However, we guarantee a refund if for any reason you decide not to continue attending the program after the first lesson.

Is it possible to change the attendance of classes to another group (for example, by changing the choice of time)?

Yes, it is possible if there are free places in the desired class group. If you are interested in making changes, please contact [email protected].

Can parents be present and watch the lessons?

As we want the children to be able to fully concentrate on training and individual exercises, we ask for your understanding that you cannot be present during the lesson.

What should the child bring to the lesson?

No special clothing or equipment is required to participate in the training. All you need is sportswear, sturdy gym-friendly shoes and a water bottle.

What do parents get after completing the programs?

After graduating from the "FIND YOUR SPORT" program, at the end of the school year, parents receive a report on the most suitable sports for their child. After  the SportAnalytik program sports test is completed,  parents receive two reports - about the distribution of the child's natural athletic strengths and about the 5 sports most suitable for the child, 3 alternative and 2 sports chosen by the parents.

What is the participation fee of the "FIND YOUR SPORT" Program?

The participation fee varies depending on the time of starting the program classes. If you register after it has started, it will be reduced proportionally according to the number of remaining classes. You can join the course throughout the year. The indicated prices are for a month.
For lessons 2x a week -  79Є ( on average ~ 8 lessons)
For lessons 1x a week -  49Є (on average ~  4 lessons)

What is the participation fee of the "SportAnalytik" Program?

The fee for participation in the Sports test program is STANDARD 99Є, NOW 59Є.

Do you provide financial compensation in case the child is sick and cannot participate in the lessons?

If the child did not attend classes due to a common seasonal illness, such as various viruses, colds, etc., then we do not provide financial compensation. Longer absence due to more serious illness, injury, surgery, etc. we evaluate individually based on the request sent to [email protected]  and compensation is possible in such case.

Is it possible to replace classes that the child did not attend?

Upon prior agreement with the Organizers, it is possible to attend the lesson by joining another group, but unfortunately, due to organizational reasons, we do not provide compensation for missed lessons.

I want to cancel my child's participation in the program "FIND YOUR SPORT" classes, what should I do?

Fill out the form  Cancellation form. If you meet  the cancellation conditions, the membership fee will be sent back to the account from which the payment was made. The amount of the refund is calculated depending on the number of lessons that have taken place since the child was registered in the program, regardless of whether he participated in them or not.

How does the money back guarantee work if I decide to cancel my participation in the FIND YOUR SPORT Program?

The condition for guaranteeing a 100% refund of the course fee is to send the request within two days of the first lesson of your enrollment in the program. In other cases (if the application is submitted later), the procedure is based on the valid cancellation conditions.

How does the money back guarantee work if I decide to cancel my membership in the SportAnalytik Program?

The condition for guaranteeing a 100% refund of the event participation fee is to send the request no later than 14 days before the date of the event. By registering in the "SportAnalytik" Program and making a membership payment, the purchase is confirmed as appropriate to your choice. If, for some reason, the participant is unable to attend the event (sudden illness, urgent event, etc.), then the participant has the right to transfer the purchased participation places to the event to one of his acquaintances, relatives, friends, but without fail informing the Organizer - the organizer of the event.
